Determining qualified candidates – in determining executives who would qualify as potential candidates for our client, Reeder & Assoc. Ltd. uses the following three steps:

1. Identification - through database querying, selective inquiry with source contacts, further inquiry with potential
candidates as to compensation, relocation ability and personal expectation.

2. Interview/Evaluation – Personal interviews are conducted with identified candidates and preliminary reference
checks are initiated.

3. Presentation - Reeder & Assoc. Ltd. then provides our clients with comprehensive background information on
each potential candidate in the form of a Confidential Personnel Report; a thorough and succinct report that
“tells the story.” If necessary,

Reeder & Assoc. Ltd. may provide a Progress Review (synopsis) of all potential candidates that includes a thorough summary of the candidate’s background.

Delivering the successful candidate to our client! Once client and candidate agree to establish a working relationship we continue our involvement as a liaison to both parties, counseling the client and/or candidate when the offer of employment is extended – and we follow up with all parties after employment to help ensure a positive, long-term relationship.

Upon approval by our client of selected qualified candidates, Reeder & Assoc. Ltd. will schedule a mutually convenient interview session for each candidate with our client and handle - where applicable - confirmation of interview itineraries to the candidates, travel arrangements for client and/or candidate, expense reimbursement to candidate for travel and finally, follow up calls to the client and candidate for feedback. Critical to the interview process is the feedback provided. It becomes a gauge for the client to ensure that Reeder & Assoc. Ltd. is, indeed, defining the most qualified candidates and, in turn, the candidate continues to gauge his/her interest in both the position and the company.
